CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Note a Credit Card is required at time of booking to reserve your appointment. Cards will NOT be charged at time of booking, unless you do not follow POLICY!!!

24HR ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS
If you do not cancel BEFORE 24hrs in advance you will be charged 50% of your service amount. I understand emergency occur, if this is the case please call or text me!

NO SHOWS
Anyone who forgets or does NOT show will be charged 50% of service amount. IF THIS HAPPENS MORE THEN ONCE YOU WILL
BE BANNED FROM BOOKING!

CONFIRM
All appointments must be confirmed 24hrs BEFORE scheduled appointment. “Confirmation notice is sent out” if appointment is not confirmed IT WILL BE CANCELED

LATE ARRIVALS
“It’s best to arrive 15min EARLY!!”
If you are more then 15min LATE to your appointment you will more then likely be asked to reschedule your appointment. To accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you!
